Greetings to the list!

Later this month, I have the privilege to instruct a group of non-SCA college students in the art of serving at a feast that will include a Royal High-table.

While I have eaten and served many feasts before,  I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for procedures and etiquette that I can pass along.
