It wouldn't hurt to include your local group in the talks as well. They may have some ideas that you have not considered. Even autocrats with little experience have some ideas that they've learned from their time. I've even gotten some great ideas from people who've never autocratted an event!

I don't plan overnight events but am working privately with several people on ideas.  When I'm ready to present I will.  I prefer a lot of brainstorming with experienced autocrats first.
