[MR] Stierbach to Lochmere lost-and-found delivery request

I have a lost and found item from Stierbach's Baronial Birthday that needs  
to attend Lochmere's fighter practice on Tuesday.
 
Is there anyone in the tavern that will be in downtown D.C. on Tuesday that 
 can act as a courier?
