I'm forwarding a note from Mistress Juliana da Luna, this year's Pennsic Heralds Point Coordinator.

It includes opportunities for many people to find service and good company at Pennsic. People who can draw or simply color inside the lines will be welcomed and lauded as well as exchequers and heralds and folks who can file paperwork.

I will vouch for the fun and good folks found at Heralds' Point and encourage everyone to consider spending a bit of time there this year.

Pennsic is coming, and as usual, we need lots of heraldic volunteers! 
 
First, herald's point is looking for consulting heralds: don't worry, we train.  It's a great 'heraldic boot camp' to get you up and running.  For those who are more experienced, we have a great library to play with both for names and armory.  It's also a great chance to meet some of the folks you've only "met" online. 
 
We also need heraldic artists, folks willing to help with paperwork, and exchequers or other folks willing to take money.  So, if you want to come, we'll find you something to do. 
 
Second, Cries is on a big push this year.  So we'll need voice and field heralds to come volunteer as well.
