I had a BAD outbreak when I was 16, for which I saw a dermatologist. He had
me wash (my body and clothes) in Fels Naptha laundry soap. In the shower,
lather up, stand there for 5 minutes, rinse, repeat. Doing this every time I
suspect exposure (within 24 hours) had kept me safe ever since. It's a bar
laundry soap, usually hidden somewhere in the laundry aisle.
