I was the herald of record on the only pended name on the May ILoI. I would like some help on this so that I can get it to pass (if it can pass).

Here is the excerpt from the ILoI:

Tirzah Albrici. Change of name from Tirzah MacCrudden. For the byname the submitter provided copies of two religious web pages devoted to Magdalene Albrici (c. 1415 – 1465) which were fairly unreliable and evidence presented by several submitters suggested that the spelling used there was not only modern but fairly different from the period rendition, different enough that we could not change it given the submitter’s limitation on changes. We have pended this to try to document the submitted spelling or something similar from period sources and to check with the submitter as to what changes, if any, she would accept to the byname.. (Herald of Record: Patricia of Trakai)

I have been trying to find other sources for the byname Albrici. The name does not occur in the Italian dictionary in my own personal library (if it did, I would have used it) and I have not found it through any of the Academy of St. Gabriel sources.

I have considered going to the library and looking up Blessed Magdalene Albrici in a Catholic encyclopedia or dictionary of saints. However, since I have not seen the "evidence presented by several submitters," I am not sure whether anything printed in a book about this person would be considered evidence. (I know that some people question historical accounts of saints.)

Now, I *have* been able to establish that there was a 17th-century Italian musician named Vincenzo Albrici, son of a singer named Domenico Albrici:
http://www.hoasm.org/VIIA/AlbriciV.html. Vincenzo Albrici is post-SCA-period, of course, but if I could just establish that he had a grandfather with the byname Albrici before 1600, then I would have this nailed.

Internet searches also come up with a 13th-century chronicle titled "Chronica Albrici Monachi Trium Fontium," but I have also seen this spelled as "Chronica Alberici Monachi Trium Fontium," so I don't know which one is correct.

Does anyone have any plausible sources for Albrici? Thank you in advance for your help!

Yours in service,
Patricia of Trakai
