[MR] sort of OT new power scam artist in WH area but may be growing

There's a new scam artist that is truly an artist claiming to work for power companies and calling people.  He then says your power is about to be cut off immediately if you don't provide credit card info etc.

Power companies in our area say this is a new concept for them and they never CALL you demanding info.  You can give them info if you're the one to call them!

You may decide this is not relevant and slam me forever for being in your inbox but I decided it might be since you need power to access this list and you need a clean credit card for trips to events!  <grin>
