To sum up (for those who have deleted messages b/c of unchanged subject lines) (PS, not crediting the original culprits quoted below)

--How about a northern principality with a rapier cornet tournament to be held in conjunction with demos where everybody has to wear 
commercially available non-marking soles? Oh, and no smoking anywhere on site.

-Pelicans must be leashed at all times, Knights should carry proof of vaccination, and Laurels must be muzzled.

Apprentices, Squires, Cadets (added here for the sake of being obnoxious), and Protégées need not be restrained as they are known to be completely harmless and ineffectual. They must, however, have a note from their mommies if they wish to be out past dark.

(-Alternative analysis: Pelicans travel in flocks.
Knights carry big, hard sticks.
Laurels are knowledgeable in all things.
And as for the apprentices, squires, "cadets", and protegees, well, keep looking over your shoulder.  We can sneak up on you before you know it; and we do not need notes.  We're subtle and can get away with a lot.)
