Good afternoon,
Earlier this week I posted an invitation to all traveling to Atlantian
University next weekend to take part in a reading library of source
books.
In response to this, I have received lists of titles from individuals
who are willing to share books from their personal collection.
List of titles pledged so far: http://www.dreasdiversearts.org/?q=node/41
Here's your chance to check out tomes that you'd only heard of, or to
see if you really wanted to buy that (really expensive) often-cited
book, or to just leaf through some wonderful books full of information
and illustrations.
Aiden of Kingswood has already graciously volunteered to again provide
a technology center with workstations, scanners, printers, etc.
(assuming the owner gives permission for copying a page or two.)
Please bring USB drives or blank CD's to cut down on printing.
Digital cameras are also quite useful for photographing a couple pages
of a book for later reference. Bring your camera!
Rules of the library:
1. No book may leave the library.
2. No food or drink is allowed in the library.
3. If a book is damaged in any way, please report it immediately to
the librarian on duty.
4. All books will be marked with the owner's name before becoming part
of the collection so they may be easily be returned at the end of the
day.
5. The books are there to be enjoyed, please come browse through them!
Please send me the titles you are willing to share and I will add them
to the list. So, what books can you bring?
Sincerely,
Adriana
