[MR] Will Kingdom Crusades ever come back?

the east created one last year but didnt do a good job of doing any pr for
it here so the atlantian numbers were nearly zero.  and it was the same
weekend as a pretty worthy event in atlantia (but i cannot for the life of
me recall which it was).  they really want to do it but there was so little
support from atlantia that it has been hard.  so i doubt it will be
resurrected anytime soon and i think with how well blackstone raids is done
that we will continue to see atlantian support for that event and maybe the
east will start to support it as well.
