Alrighty...just off the top of my head as I look around the event in
question in my head as it was last year I can see in addition to the site
fee, 12+ porta potties, services to those potties by a contracted
company, and a dumpster large enough to hold a 1000 peoples' garbage for
four days, there are stakes, line, handwashing stations at a couple
portapotties, targets for our archers and thrown weapons folks, cleaning
supplies, toilet paper, soap, a rented pavillion or two, tables and chairs
for classes and A & S, supplies for the party Friday evening, ice, water,
and gatorade to keep our fighters hydrated, and paper, ink, and printing for
programs, registration forms, and MOL forms. I know I'm missing other things
that are on the budget list for that event because there are several
activities that my lord and I never see because there's so much for everyone
to do for four days. I can see where all of that plus the other concerns
Lady Muirenne mentioned might just tally up to about 15 a head for a four
day event.

My 2 cents...
Lady Clara
