Yes, you are confused. I never once stated that anyone should remain silent. I even commmented that I can understand the desire to bring issues to light. I asked when they bring forth an issue, to please put forth potential solutions as well. There is a difference between asking to be enlightened on a subject and saying there is a problem.

Please don't put words someplace they aren't.

im confused.  sometimes people see issues or have concerns yet have no
suggests of their own on how to "fix" them.  or, perhaps, they simply have a
concern and want to hear other peoples thoughts on the subject so that they
can be better informed if/when they feel that they have an opinion on the
subject.  you suggest that they should remain silent on the issue.  i
disagree and think that folks should be free to bring up a subject whether
or not they have also devised a cure for it.
