Thank you for providing some very sound advice Your Excellency! As someone who has autocratted a few events, both large and small, the miscellanious items are exactly the things that raise those costs! We are all trying to maintain a budget and we have no control over fuel costs and hotel costs, but we can certainly help out groups by volunteering to provide these very simple yet important things. I also agree that family caps can provide a relief to those folks that want to make events a "together" time. If there are folks out there that find that they might not want to attend 12th Night due to costs, please contact me directly. I will work with you to make sure that you can attend. We are a large family and making it possible for folks to attend an event, with their families, is why I do this hobby!

YIS,
Katharine de la Vache
