[MR] suggestion for helping daytrip fees

Noble friends,

I was a bit surprised (and being born in penny-pinching Iowa, somewhat 
cheesed) to find that the most recent tournament I attended wanted $15 
for a day trip, versus $8 last year. This discussion has opened my eyes 
to a lot of stuff about financing and putting on an event. Now the $15 
doesn't seem like such a bad deal. But I am very much in favor of a cap 
or quantity discount for families. I wouldn't object if some of my $15 
subsidized a family that isn't as flush with cash as I am, and might 
otherwise have to pass up the event.
