That's sort of where I was going with my comment.  I know someone who 
had a complete psychotic event while taking an 8 day burst that was 
attributed to the drug side effects.  It causes anxiety and rage in me, 
which when combined with sleeplessness is not a GOOD THING (tm)!  
Honestly, besides the internet avoidance, I try not to drive when I'm on 
it.  I don't take it unless the problem is potentially life threatening 
because of the side effects I get.  You can also gain significant weight 
on it, even from short term use; not water weight but real weight gain 
that comes off only by dieting.

You should limit the number of times per year and/or duration that you 
take it for other reasons.  Doctors often don't mention this sort of 
problem or even monitor long term usage, but they should.  Always look 
up the side effects of any new medication on a reliable site or discuss 
with your pharmacist.  I find pharmacists are more likely to be 
informative about drug side effects than doctors.
