[MR] ingested poison ivy

Actually my doctor didn't think salt bath was a problem at all especially since it did help to clear up the face but they do say the first attack is cold water and people out of habit wash with hot water.
Another interesting comment I received was to have rubbing alcohol on hand which would help. I haven't checked with a doctor on that.
