[MR] Atlantia 30 Year Celebration - Site Announcement

Ditto to that and then some...  at least I have a year plus a few months to agonize about it.  My question is this, what kind of a site is it?  I am unfamiliar with Montpelier except as a picture in a book.  We aren't talking a big open field with porta you-know-whats ase we?
