[MR] Tournament of the Golden Rose question- need response ASAP

Greetings unto the list... Due to event conflict problems this year I had gone 
ahead and posted our event dates for next year so they were held on the kingdom 
calendar with no conflicts in X radius as used on the spike form.  I reserved 
May 14-15 for the Steppingstone Medieval Days a lovely demo/event at a historic 
farm site here in the far Northern reaches of the kingdom.  I have just gotten 
word that the museum director had promised the site for a wedding May 14th and 
we were discussing moving the demo back to the 22-23 but I now see the date held 
on the kingdom calendar for the Golden Rose Tournament.  I do not see a location 
as of yet and was wondering if the person who posted the date could at least let 
me know if this will be in the Northern part of the kingdom or the Southern so 
that I would know if this was a conflict or not.  I need to know ASAP, so if you 
were the potential autocrat who put in the date even if you are still looking at 
a site please let me know what state you are looking within.  I know that 
historically the Golden Rose Tourney has been held too far South for those of us 
in Maryland so I am for now running with the idea that the plan stands as such 
again.
