[MR] Court Report for Storvik's Annual Novice Tourney

Greetings unto all who read this from Lady Patricia of Trakai!
 
At the annual Novice Tournament held in the glorious land of Storvik, June 19 in Anno Societatis XLV, Their Excellencies Rorik and Janina saw fit to hold Their court and honor the residents of Their Barony who have done honorable deeds.
 
First Their Excellencies called before them the members of the populace who had not been to an event previously and gave them a token and words of encouragement.
 
Next, They offered the children toys from the baronial toy chest, so that the next generation of our Society might be amused during Their business with the adults.
 
The Baron and Baroness then requested the presence of the Autocrat, who, along with several other baronial officers and marshals, announced the winners of the day's many competitions.
 
Their Excellencies asked Their archery champion, Ceridwen of Needwood Forest, to step forward and receive congratulations for reaching the rank of Bowman among Atlantia's target archers, even though she is not yet of majority age.
 
The Baron and Baroness then did decide to present awards to members of Their populace who have served Storvik well.
 
Baron Alastar Clark Bowman (also known as Alex the Pell) and Lady Chrystian of Sheppey (also known as Donna of Storvik) received the Baron's Award of Excellence.
 
Lady Constanza de Talavera, Lady Isabella Mea Caterina d'Angelo, and Tibbie Croser all received the Baron's Award of Excellence.


 

Their Excellencies then did call forth Heinrich of Blackspear to award him the Silver Silkie for his efforts on the fighting field. As Heinrich was not present due to the call of his Uncle Sam, Baron Sean Dalamara accepted the award on his behalf.
 
The Baron and Baroness then asked Baron Sean to remain in Their presence and be inducted into the Order of the Lozulet for service to Storvik.
