[MR] Pollings and Associates and the BIG "P" Word (politics)

I've never seen a Peer not encourage someone to be their best, whether it
was their student or not. You just don't become a Peer without having those
theoretical and esoteric Peer Like Qualities. Why would formally taking on a
student or not affect that? The way things are done now seems to work - why
add yet another layer of bureaucracy and rules to it?
