[MR] Un filtered Beer

You can start with Blue Moon, I'm pretty sure it's unfiltered, or at  
least lightly filtered. As far as the periodness, I'm not sure. I know  
that some of the trappist ales go pretty far back, but I'm not sure  
how far.

Of course if you are doing research, you'll need a research assistant.  
I'll volunteer my services, but I think we'll need to go do a lot of  
field work!
