If I'm thinking of the same thing you're looking for, it looks like they're 
about $15 each at ThorThors Hammer (http://www.thorthorshammer.com) and Twilight 
Forge (http://www.etsy.com/shop/TwilightForge), and $18 at Blackwood 
(http://www.blackwood.tierranet.com).  Raymond's Quiet Press 
(https://www.quietpress.com) has them for $30 each, which is roughly what it 
would cost from Mercia Sveiter (http://www.re-enactment.biz).

(It's possible that I'm looking at a different style of brooch than what you're 
looking for, though -- so it may be worthwhile to look at those links and see if 
they carry another style you're after.)

Any merchant suggestions for small (1") fibulae for closing the sleeves on a 
Roman tunic? I like the ones made by the Crafty Celt, but $10 each is a bit 
harsh when you need at least 6 of them...
