Yes.  You can get copies off the SCA Inc. website via the Merry Rose.  Check the "Forms and Procedures" tab on the Seneschal's page.  If they need to list the name of the site, or other specific information, then we can order them for a cost.  If I remember correctly, it's about $50.

Greetings the list,
I would like to inquire if any autocrats out there have a general checklist they use and would you be willing to share, or point the way to an existing one?  One question I have is, the event site needs insurance papers faxed to them, do I request them?
