1, 2010!!**

Dear Good Gentles,

Field Space Reservations for Ymir are now being taken.  If you would
like to set-up a pavilion around the fighting field at Ymir, please
contact myself, Benjamin, with the dimensions of your structure ( with
ropes please ), and any special requests by Monday, February 1.

Please send reservation requests via email to:  thielbmw at gmail.com

Field space is limited and will be allotted based on the order in
which reservations are received, so respond quickly to insure your
space.  All reservation requests will receive a confirmation email
notifying the status of your reservation.  In order to set-up
apavilion around the field at Ymir, you must register to ensure
adequate space will be available.
