[MR] Atlantia University web site down

Noble friends,

The Atlantia University web site failed earlier this morning, and 
remains inaccessible as of noon. This has been reported to the Kingdom 
Web Minister. I have no information on what caused the problem, or when 
it will be fixed. Rest assured that it will be fixed as soon the web 
minister can make repairs.
