[MR] Ymir Final Hotel Deadline & Website Updates

Good morning,

Today is the final day to make hotel reservations and received the
discounted rate for Ymir.

    * Hotel contact info and rates:
http://ymir.windmastershill.org/default.html#Hotel
    * Call the hotel directly and use the group name "SCA" when making
your reservation to receive the group rate.
    * As of January 15, the reservation deadline was extended to
Friday, January 22, 2010.
    * If you need to cancel your reservation please do at least 24
hours in advance, or one night will be billed to your credit card.

Recent Website Updates:

1. The schedule
(http://ymir.windmastershill.org/default.html#Schedule) has been
updated to include times for the Performing Arts competition, the
Silent Auction, and Newcomer's point.  Please remember that the
schedule is subject to change.

2. A downloadable and printable map of the site was added to the Site
Information and Directions section
(http://ymir.windmastershill.org/default.html#Site_Information_and_Directions).

3. A description of the Poeta Atlantiae competition is now available
in the Art & Sciences section
(http://ymir.windmastershill.org/default.html#Arts__Sciences).
