[MR] scrolls as tax deductions

Basic gist is this, any item that would be for the benefit, use or 
enjoyment of an individual or limited group, even given to a non-profit 
cannot be taken as a deduction.

Since the scrolls are to recipients (individuals), they would not 
qualify.  It could equally be argued that giftes given to the largess 
chest, since they are going to be given as personal gifts to 
individuals, likewise would not qualify.  Only items that will go and 
be retianed by the non-profit, and are not intended to be fore a sole 
recipient would be eligeable... This would include things like camping 
gear, tables, trailers,  donated to a group; and could also be applied 
to items given to the crown/coronet that pass with said crown or 
coronet... (regailia type stuff...  thrones, Crowns, crown boxes, etc.)
