Lords and Ladies,

I feel it is the appropriate and courteous course of action to notify you that today I was diagnosed with strep throat.  Please know that I would not have attended the event if I was aware of this, and at the time my primary symptom was simply exhaustion.  Please get in touch with your physician if any of the following symptoms occur:

"The most common symptoms of strep throat are:	* A sudden, severe sore throat.
	* Pain when you swallow.
	* Fever over 101F.
	* Swollen tonsils and lymph nodes.
	* White or yellow spots on the back of a bright red throat."
