[MR] Ymir Heavy Tournament Format Change

>From the Marshal-in-Charge: The armoured combat tournament format has
been changed from the originally published double elimination
tournament.

Armoured combatants will now compete in pools of round robins with the
top two from each pool advancing to an elimination tournament.
