[MR] Ymir Feast & Cabin Space

Good afternoon,

Thank you to everyone who has reserved already for Ymir.  I wanted to
let those of you who know who have not yet made reservations that
Feast for Ymir sold out yesterday.  If you have not yet reserved for
feast but wish to be added to the waiting list, please email the Ymir
Reservationist,  Lady Marion le Red (marionred at gmail.com) to let her
know.  Order on the waiting list will be based on the order in which
emails are received.

But, there are still cabin spaces available.  Remember the cabins have
electricity, are heated, and have bathroom facilities with hot
showers.

After you make your event reservation for Ymir via ACCEPS (Ansteorra
Credit Card Event Payment System), please forward your confirmation
email to Lady Marion (marionred at gmail.com),  including the name of the
group you would like to stay with, if you are staying in a cabin.

Please note that ACCEPS does not send the event staff detailed
reservation information including names, types of reservations, etc.
until approximately two weeks before the event.  Therefore, we are
asking for you to please forward your confirmation email and indicate
the group you wish to stay with to Lady Marion.
