Folks,
This was a very successful venture...and it couldn't have happened without
some truly wonderful people. I owe a deep debt of gratitude to all of the
folks who helped out in the kitchen, both yesterday and last weekend.

Particularly, I'd like to thank the folks who took over the cooking of
specific dishes...Mistress Rose and Lady Ysabeau. I also owe a debt of
gratitude to Baron Khadir, Michelle , Lord Gormr, Lord Cadfan, Sir Thorvald,
Lady Sara, and the merchant who was selling the teas (sorry...don't remember
his name). I'd also like to thank Baroness Graciela and her crew for doing
such a marvelous job of plating the feast! Because of all of you, Dun
Carraig lived up to its reputation for great feasts! Last but definitely
not least, I owe a great deal to my wonderful husband, Master Phillip. In
addition to taking care of baking the bread and doing the lamb roasts to
perfection, he served as my taster-in-chief and extended to me unimaginable
support while dealing with the double stress of cooking the feast and trying
to get my first issue of *The Compleat Anachronist *to the printer.

It is so good to know that, when I head cook a feast, I have such a
wonderful, reliable and talented group of people to call on for assistance.

Kiri
