[MR] Gulf Wars XIX Preregistration ends Feb 18th!!!

Greetings,

Just wanted to remind all those good gentles that are planning to attend Gulf Wars this year that online pre registration ends in just 3 more day!!!  That is right just 3 more days.  If you are planning on camping with Atlantia on Atlantian lands, make sure to enter Atlantia as the group you wish to camp with.  We will be sorting out our own camp setup as per prior years.  At this time I would also like to invite all those gentles that have or are soon to be registering to get me their inportant information.  What is important information? Well glad you asked.  Important information that would be extreamly helpful to me and to the smooth running of the camp setup include. 

Mundane names:
SCA names:
Date arriving on site:
People or group you wish to be camping by:
Tent type and total footprint of said tent: (mundane/period)
Special needs:

If you are planning on camping on Atlantian lands it would be greatly appreciated if you can get the above information to me ASAP.  If you are Atlantian and will be camping with another group or will be in the royal cabin, I don't need your information.  However, if you want me to to know where you might be found so others can find you it might behoove you to send me a little note.
