[MR] Bright Hills Birthday at the Bazaar

Greetings unto Atlantia, 
We have weathered a good many dark and cold stormy days with small mountains erupting throughout our lands of glistening white.  We have been cooped up and gone mad with pacing our own halls, seperated from our good friends for too many weeks.  We invite you to join us in the Northernmost lands of our fair kingdom for a day in the mirage of the warmth of the Bazaar.  We have heard from our messengers that all roads are clear, our hall is secured and warm and safe, and much music, good food, shopping, artistic challenges, and merriment await this Saturday in Bright Hills.  Please decide on your own if your neighborhood streets are safe but be assured that once you have made it to the main roads travel should be okay by Saturday.  We will be able to offer additional seats at our feasting table and a warm welcome among friends to all who venture out into the sun.  We have called off our outdoor activities but there will still be a most entertaining tavern
