[MR] Ymir Activity Location Changes

Good evening,

Due to the current condition of the fighting field, we are shuffling
the locations of many activities.

Fighting will be now be in the courtyard area between the Dining Hall,
Rec Hall, Picnic Shelter and Classrooms.  Other activities such as A&S
have been moved into different buildings.  Merchants will now be
located inside the Rec Hall.

Please note that Archery may not happen.  A determination about
whether there is a suitable location will be made when the Marshal
arrives on site tomorrow morning.
