In order to handle as many cars as possible we will be using a secondary
parking lot
located a short distance off site. We are looking to setup a shuttle service
to and from
that lot.

If it all possible please be ready to unload your car and then take it to
the secondary lot. If you
are willing to act as a shuttle for an hour or two or some other set time
please feel free to contact me.

The information from site this morning seems to indicate that our normal
fighting field will still be covered
with ice this weekend. Please take that into consideration if you had
planned on bringing a pavilion. If
those conditions don't change we will probably not be setting up on that
field.
