To share my answer to Suzy Stewart, the publisher sells direct at: 
http://www.greenwood.com/ . Search under "daily life through history 
series", and look for entry #88. Just click on the title, and it will go 
into a shopping cart. If that doesn't work for you, they take credit 
card orders by phone as well. The earlier edition is also here, but at a 
higher price (go figure!).

You will probably have loads of fun looking at those other titles. There 
are lots that apply to our Scadian world.

I intend to try my local Barnes & Noble first. They will absorb the 
shipping, and I get a discount there.
