Everybody pray to their favorite deities for Reidsville to have sunny, 90-degree weather all day tomorrow, so it will melt the snow & ice & dry up the ground!
(it never hurts to ask!)

Subject: [MR] Ymir Update
Ymir will be open for business this weekend.
Having called the site the fighting field is in questionable shape. We MAY
have to move to some
of our alternate fighting areas. We are trying to give the field as much
time to recover from the snow melt as
possible. So the MiC will be inspecting it once he arrives on site. If we
do moving fighting we may not be
able to put pavilions around that new location. This doesn't mean you can't
watch the tournament. All the locations have a place for spectators but
many have little to no room for pavilions to be setup.
Depending on the field conditions the location we have in the past used to
parking may not be suitable. Like the other fields we will need to check
conditions once we arrive. Please use common sense when parking. If a place
looks to be soggy wet and muddy try not to park there. For those people that
are staying in hotels if you can car pool to site that will help. The fewer
cars we have the easier it will be to find parking spots.
The site also wished for me to remind everyone while the cabins are
heated, they are not insulated.
