On the thirteenth day of  February, A.S. XLIV, being the year 2010 by the 
common reckoning; Their  Atlantian Majesties, Tsar Vladimir Ivanovich 
Aleksandrov and Tsaritsa Kalisa  Aleksandrovna, gathered with Their subjects to 
fend off the frost giant’s  wintery grasp in the Barony of Windmasters’ Hill 
at the Tourney of Ymir.  Several Royal Courts were held, wherein  the 
following business was conducted: 
MORNING COURT  
(Baron James of Middle Aston was  the primary herald and was seconded by 
Lady Rosanella Vespucci) 
- Their Excellencies Black  Diamond, Baron Roussel Tavernier and Baroness 
Gayla atte Blacwoulfe retired and  were made a Baron and Baroness of the 
Court. 
- Lord Mac Con mac Rodáin and  Baroness Graçia Esperança de Sevilla were 
invested as the new Baron and Baroness  of Black Diamond. 
- Their newest Excellencies Black  Diamond held a brief court wherein they 
appointed Chris of Black Diamond, Lord  Antonio di Capizzi, and Maerwynn of 
Rannow their Baronial Heavy Weapons  Champion, Rapier Champion, and A&S 
Champion respectively. 
- Mistress Gwerfyl verch Aneirin  (aka Mistress Aneira) was inducted into 
Order of the Golden  Dolphin. 
- Lady Tailefhlaith ingen Ruaircc  was inducted into the Order of the Opal. 
 Her scroll was crafted by Mistress Aneira. 
- Oliva Isabelle received her  Award of Arms. 
- Lady Rosanella Vespucci  was inducted in to the Order of the  Opal. 
- Her Excellency Stierbach,  Baroness Rhonwen verch Tuder was summoned into 
Court to receive a Writ to  contemplate her elevation into the Order of the 
Pelican at a future event. 
- His Excellency, Baron Llwyd  Aldrydd was placed on vigil to contemplate 
his elevation into the Order of the  Pelican that evening. 
VIGIL COURT 
(Master Bran Trefonnen was the  primary herald) 
- After placing His Excellency,  Baron Llwyd Aldrydd on his Pelican vigil, 
Their Majesties also placed Her  Excellency, Baroness Adrianna la Bretonne 
on vigil to contemplate her elevation  into the Order of the Pelican that 
evening. 
MID-MORNING  COURT 
(Master Bran Trefonnen was the  primary herald) 
- Their Majesties summoned  Baroness Morwenna Trevethan and Mistress Aodh 
Adendra Marland onto the rapier  list, wherein they were both inducted into 
the Queen’s Order of Courtesy. 
AFTERNOON  COURT 
(Master Bran Trefonnen was the  primary herald) 
- Their Majesties retired to the  List Field so that They might Award Arms 
to Al Altan.  His scroll was crafted by Lady Rohesia  Kenneswyn with the 
Mongol text translation and transliteration by Gülügjab Tangghudai Bambar  Gho’
a. 
EVENING  COURT 
(Master Bran Trefonnen was the  primary herald and was seconded by Cian mac 
Ceallacháin Uí Dubhlaich) 
- His Excellency, Baron Llwyd  Aldrydd was inducted into the Order of the 
Pelican.  Jarl Timmeke Haakonson of Nordheim, Mistress Belphoebe de Givet, 
Countess  Adelicia of Cumbria, and Baron Áedán Aylwyn spoke on behalf of the 
Orders of the  Chivalry, the Laurel, the Rose, and the Pelican respectively.  
His scroll was crafted by Her Excellency  Stierbach, Baroness Rhonwen verch 
Tuder. 
- Atlantia's children  demonstrated their keen tactical sense as they were 
invited to partake in Their  Majesties' largesse. 
- Newcomers to the event were  welcomed to both the event and the Kingdom 
of Atlantia.  Lady Rosanella Vespucci presented a basket of feast gear to the 
 winner of the Newcomer drawing: Joe Shaffer. 
- Diane of Salesberie Glen  received her Award of Arms. 
- Konrad von Windmeister Hugel  was inducted into the Order of the 
Hippocampus. 
- Lord Galen mac Cuinnegáin was  inducted into the Order of the Golden 
Dolphin. 
- Rowan of Hawkridge received her  Award of Arms.  Her scroll was  crafted 
by Lady Livia Zanna. 
- Their Excellencies Windmasters’  Hill, Baron Girard le Bourguignon and 
Baroness Guenièvre de Monmarché held  court, heralded by His Excellency, Baron 
Gaston Valmont. 
- The event’s Autocrat, Master  Callistus Gill made several announcments. 
- The event’s Marshal-in-Charge,  His Excellency, Baron James of Middle 
Aston had the respective marshals of the  Heavy and Rapier Lists, Sir Otto von 
Schwartzkatz and Mistress Ceridwen ferch  Owain, announce the day’s 
tournament winners. The Heavy List was won by Sir  William Thomas and the Rapier 
List was won by Lord Dominyk Wolferam. 
- The event’s Arts & Sciences  Coordinator, Lady Kateryn Rous announced the 
day’s A&S winners... 
- The winner of the Triton  Principal Herald-sponsored Scroll Blank 
Competition was Lord Enequy  Erensaurlezelasgarria.  He was also the first place 
winner of the House  Corvus: Decameron purse. 
- The second and third place  purse winners were Lady Deirdre O'Bardon and 
Mistress Derbhiled ni  Liadhnáin. 
- The winner of the Norse  Household Items Competition was Lord Tom 
Drumbuilder.  Second and third place winners Lord  Valinn of Windmasters' Hill and 
Her Excellency, Baroness Kaleeb al-Akhdar were  also awarded prizes. 
- The new Poeta Atlantiae was  named: Her Excellency, Baroness Metylda the 
Cunning. 
- The new Scrivener Royal was  named: Isme the Nimble. 
- The Queen’s Bard, Lady Lady  Rosanella Vespucci announced the winners of 
the Performing Arts Competition with  Mistress Derbhiled ni Liadhnáin the 
overall winner. 
- The new King’s Bard was named:  Sir Justus de Tyre. 
- An announcement was made about  the changeover in the Clerk of the Signet’
s office from Mistress Sunniva Kyrre  to Her Excellency, Baroness Tegan de 
Moreton.  
- Before the assembled winners  withdrew, Their Majesties saw fit to 
recognize Master Callistus Gill with the  Award of the Herring.  They also gave an 
Award of Arms to the  new Scrivener Royal, Isme the Nimble. 
- Court concluded with the  elevation of Her Excellency, Baroness Adriana 
la Bretonne into the Order of the  Pelican.  Sir Roland de Mounteney,  
Mistress Elspet Byndelase, Countess Esa Kirkepatrike, Mistress Isobel  
Bedingfield, and Mistress Genevieve d'Aquitaine spoke on behalf of the Orders of  the 
Chivalry, the Laurel, the Rose, the White Scarf, and the Pelican 
respectively.  The calligraphy and gilding on her  scroll was done by Lady Elizabeth of 
Hadley Hall with the emblazon done by Her  Excellency Stierbach, Baroness 
Rhonwen verch Tuder. 
FEAST COURT  
(Baron James of Middle Aston was  the primary herald) 
- Lady Virag was inducted into  the Order of the Pearl.
