[MR] Winter University snow alert

Good Gentles,

As many are aware, a winter storm will be moving into much of middle
and northern Atlantia for this weekend. Alas this does put our dear
University in jeopardy. Since we are using a public school, if schools
are closed the Friday before then all Saturday activities are canceled
too. We will be keeping an eye on the weather, and hope to make a
determination on Friday 2/5 as to whether we can go forward with the
event on Saturday. An announcement will be made to the Merry Rose and
on the University website once we know what to expect.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Since
students and teachers are coming from all over Atlantia, some may
choose to cancel independently and in advance of the event, and we
respect that decision.
