[MR] Exchequer 101 via conference call

Hello.  There are a number of people out there who were wanting and needing
to get the Exchequer 101 class at University. Makai is teaching this class
at Ymir this weekend, but for those who can't get to Ymir - or are busy with
other activities at Ymir - we have an alternative. 

Thanks to Lord Siegfried McClure, I'm going to try teaching the class via a
conference call on Sunday afternoon.
