[MR] Recruiting Help

Hail and well met, friends.
I watched a video online somewhere from a gentleman either in Middle Kingdom or 
Northshield.  It was a long video about recruiting and demos within the 
Society.  He was well spoken and had everything laid out very well.  I soaked it 
all in but forgot to take notes.  Does anyone have a link to that video, a 
website or good advice for recruiting?
