[MR] Clarification of Unevent request

Good morning,
I sent out a message to the lists yesterday requesting head counts and comments on the
group meetings from Unevent. I wanted to clarify that the information will be saved with the Event Report for next year's Unevent.  We don't know where next year's Unevent will be held but that information will be helpful to whomever is the Autocrat and at what ever site the event is held.  Sorry if I led you to believe that the site had already been determined as Unevent will go through the bid process as it always does.
