[MR] Kingdom Unevent Request

Greetings to the lists,
I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all who assisted with Unevent.
We had an amazing turnout of 250 people. It was a good time of learning, sharing and just getting to see friends old and new.
 
Unfortunately, Mother Nature threw us a little surprise in the form of snow and forced us 
to end the event a little earlier than planned. But based on the comments I  heard, everyone had a good time and had an opportunity to share their ideas. 
 
I do have one request.  If you led a group meeting at Unevent, could you please email
me your group name and the head count for your session or at least an approximation.  We are trying to accumulate attendance data so that we may do an even better job of planning for next year. Any suggestions that you feel would improve this event would also be appreciated (room size, needed equipment, room arrangement, etc).  I do know that a lot of you had to park pretty far away and walk. We will try to do a better job with parking next year.  If it means anything, we heard some WSSU students who didn't like having to walk either because we had their parking.
 
Again, thank you to all who assisted throughout the day to make this a worthwhile event.
Also, a very special thank you to Professor Stewart (otherwise known as Dugbhall) for arranging to let us use the college where he teaches.
