  Good Morning,

Below is the schedule for the Tournament of the Golden Rose, to be held 
the weekend of September 4, 2010.   Please note that it is subject to 
change due to unforeseen circumstances.

_*SCHEDULE*_

*Friday, September 3, 2010*

    * 5:00 pm -  Site Opens
          o All persons are invited to come set up their pavilions,
            personals, or even help out in general!
    * 10:00pm - Site closes for the evening.

*Saturday, September 4, 2010*

    * 8:30 am - Site Re-Opens.
    * 9:30 am -  Field Opens
    * 10:45am - Unbelt and Non-WS Martial Activities for Team Selection
    * Follows - Roses select Combatants to join their teams
    * Follows - Procession by OP
          o Heralds will be judged  for their speeches during
            procession.  Remember, *3 minute Maximum per speech*.   Tap
            into your inner Chaucer from "A Knight's Tale"!
          o Points from the Heraldry competition will be applied towards
            your final team score!
    * Follows - Roses and Archers move to Archery Field
          o First shoot to seed the tourney.
          o Second shoot for points.  Points will applied towards your
            final team score!
    * Noon-ish :  Sideboard served.  TBD by the Head Chef
    * No later than 01:00 pm  - Tournament begins
    *   03:00 pm - Troll Closes
    * No later than 05:15 pm - Tournament concludes
    * 06:00 pm - Court
    * 10:00 PM  - Site Closes for night.

*Sunday, September 5, 2010*

    * All equipment and personnel need to be cleared by noon.  Any help
      would be appreciated
