Greetings to the Tavern!

*The Lochmere Baronial Birthday and Investiture* is just a few weeks away,
September 10 - 12.  Join us as we thank Baron Dominick Elphinstone and
Baroness Margery for their service and welcome our incoming Baron and
Baroness, Duke Galmr Ingolfsson and Lady Etain ingen Thadgain.

*Site: *Elks Camp Barrett, 1001 Chesterfield Road, Annapolis, MD 21401

*Martial Activities:  *Masters of Defense Style tournament will be held for
both heavy and rapier fighters. Combatants will fight in multiple weapons
forms. Their Excellencies will also determine the next Baronial Armored
Champion. A Thrown Weapons tournament will also be held.
*A&S:*  Time period 1420 - 1520; prizes will be awarded in each of the
following categories: Men and Women's clothing, Cooking, Accessories, and
Home Furnishings.

*Feast:*  On Saturday a sumptuous feast will be prepared by Syr Christian
Darmody. After feast, stay for an evening of music and dancing!
Breakfast and Lunch will be available for purchase as fundraisers on
Saturday.
