[MR] SSBB - Feast/Cabin Reservations

Sacred Stone's Baronial Birthday is just over a week away!!!

Please be sure to get any feast and cabin reservations in the mail no later than THIS FRIDAY, August 20, 2010 to help us have an accurate count for feast and have cabin assignments ready.  (Tent camping is not permitted.)

Site notes:  
We are not permitted to drive to the cabins/tourney field.  Please be prepared to carry your stuff from your vehicle. 

This site is located in a wooded State Park.  Please be aware that it can become very dark at night, flashlights are highly recommended.  

Kings Mountain locks the gate from 9pm to 7am.  A sign will be posted with a # to call to get the combination to enter the gate after that time and we hope to have someone at the gate to let people in until 11 pm on Friday night.  Please feel free to contact me after Wednesday , August 25 to get the combination in advance if you know you will be arriving during those times.  Additionally, the combination will be posted at the gatehouse (troll) for those leaving after the festivities on Saturday night. 

Your puppies and pets are welcome - please ensure they remain leashed and clean-up after them. 

Alcohol is permitted, as long as you follow SCA standards and drink from your cherished mugs (and you are over 21 :). 

Thank you in advance for following the site policies.  The SCA has a long-standing relationship with Kings Mountain State Park and it is thanks to all of those who attend events there that we have been able to maintain that wonderful relationship.
