Unto the Barony of Sacred Stone doth Lady Alexandra Scott de Northumberland 
sends greetings ~

October and War of the Wings is closer than it seems, especially with all the 
logistics that need to occur.  AS SOON AS YOU CAN, please register for the event 
(choose Sacred Stone from the pulldown menu) and send a copy of your 
registration to me, Alexandra, along with your site needs (tents space, ropes, 
etc.).  If you wish to camp WITHIN a group WITHIN the Sacred Stone walls, let me 
know that as well. (Example: Charlesbury Crossing group within SS).
IMMEDIATELY, we need your pavilion and/or tent footprints (include ropes as an 
additional note).  I will be at Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday at Kings 
Mountain.  Ask for me at Troll or the rapier field.  Someone is liable to tell 
you where to find me.  Johann Von Rothenburg is my Baron husband and can also 
direct you to me.

My plan is to be on-site at WOW on THURSDAY preceding the war.  Currently, I am 
doing a CAD layout of the Sacred Stone encampment so everyone will know where to 
set up when they arrive and to avoid unnecessary last minute adjustments.  
We need YOUR information as soon as it is available.  If you have any questions 
or requests, feel free to contact me. I will be posting updates here as I 
receive more information.
