[MR] Golden Rose - Field Space Requests by SUNDAY, August 22

Greetings unto the citizens of Atlantia and the Ladies of the Rose from Lord Gaelan mac Cuinnega'in, 

I am coordinating field space for the Golden Rose Tournament to be held in the fair Barony of Windmasters' Hill the first Saturday of September. In an effort to make this day as enjoyable for all and most effciently use the space available, I would appreciate having each group/household/team that plans to have a dayshade contact me privately. I will also need the following information: 

1. Tent size with and without ropes (e.g. 15x18 w/o 21x24 w/, assuming 3 ft ropes on each side) 

I need BOTH dimensions with and without ropes.

2. If there is a difference in dimensions, which side you prefer facing the field, and if the narrower dimension can face the field. Especially be mindful if using very large tents, the narrower dimension might need to go towards the field, unless being used by multiple teams, so that we can maximize viewing of the tournament. 

3. If there is a preference for neighbors. This is to be used as a guide but cannot be guaranteed. 

Preference will go to the Ladies of the Rose/Eidelweiss/etc. with teams and then will go on a first requested basis. We will attempt to include general populace shade areas. 

ALL requests for fieldspace must be received by Sunday, August 22, 2010. 

As a reminder, setup of tents may occur on Friday evening before the event, but NO camping will be allowed. Maester Callixtus and Baron Christopher will be providing security on Friday evening.
