Yesterday evening, Their Majesties chose to place Lord Felix of
Kappellenburg on Vigil.  This morning upon the field They did confer
upon him the Accolade of Knighthood.

Court was then closed.  Such was the business of Their Majesties by my
witness on the 9th day of August AS XLV.
