[MR] Award Recommendations, Suggest Them

I'd like to chime in with his Excellency, Rorik. It is rare that any sitting royalty suffers from having too many recommendations.

One of the biggest shocks to me when I stepped up as Baronage were how FEW are actually sent.

We all have good intentions to recognize those around us, but those do not always manifest themselves into actual recommendations, smile.
